How do you know the engineer is real?
We match a live video interview to government ID and check two manager references before you meet anyone.
How do I know they’re not working another job?
Every engineer signs an exclusivity agreement for full-time work, and we verify it with references and their previous employer.
Who employs the engineer?
They’re engaged through an established cross-border payroll provider, with an employer-of-record option if your company requires one. You direct the day-to-day work.
What if it doesn’t work out?
We find a replacement at no cost for as long as you work with us. To end the engagement, give one week’s notice in the first 60 days and 30 days after that.
What’s your markup?
Our fee is built into one all-in monthly rate in your quote. Ask, and we’ll show you how the engineer’s pay compares to our fee.
Can we hire them directly later?
Yes. The buyout is 3× the monthly fee in months 1–6, 1.5× in months 7–12, and free after a year.
Why not just hire directly?
You can. With us you skip sourcing, vetting, fraud checks, cross-border payroll and replacement risk — and after 12 months you can hire them directly for free.
You’re new — why trust you?

Do you work with Canadian companies?
Yes. We’re based in British Columbia and bill in USD or CAD.
